Don’t have an opt out option. Have to purchase one of three plans. Keep going up in price and limiting what is covered. Costs of healthcare in general arw getting out of control.
Very high deductible for individuals on their HSA

Cargill offers at least three plan options at most locations: the Primary plan, HRA plan and HSA plan. All three plans are administered by Blue Cross and Blue Shield, and all include free preventive care when you use an in-network provider. The HRA and HSA plans feature an up-front deductible, then 80% coinsurance for eligible in-network expenses. The Primary plan features an up-front deductible, then 70% coinsurance for eligible in-network expenses. Both the HRA and HSA plans include accounts that Cargill makes an annual contribution to, as a way to help you pay for some of your medical expenses. The Primary plan does not.
I've seen better and I've also seen worse.
Best part is we have a fair amount of choices to pick from pending individual employee needs. Premiums are competitive, but are still fairly expensive and the costs typically go up every year.
Getting more and more that the individual has to pay. But good variety of choices for employees.
They match a great amount for the HSA. I'm new to the program, so when I found out what Cargill contributes to the account, I was very happy.
Great eye and dental. We've seen a 35% increase in premiums over the last 4 years.
