Standard PTO compared to other companies
As a new hire, you earn a vacation day for each month you work, up to the maximum number of vacation days provided by your business unit. If you were hired on or before the 15th of the month, you will earn a full vacation day for that month. You may take vacation days as you earn them. On June 1 following the date of your hire, you will receive your allotted vacation days for use from June 1 through May 31, Cargill’s fiscal year. See your recruiter or hiring manager for more information about your business unit’s vacation day schedule.
