There are NO paid holidays (comes out of PTO if holiday taken off)-- and at my location NO holiday pay even though we remain open and required to be there -- at the hospitals and other locations holiday pay is provided. PTO is very generous though a month's notice is required to use.

You actually have to accrue your PTO and not have it "given to you" on a silver platter like most companies, however it does make you very responsible for how and when you use your PTO but if you are a responsible person, this shouldn't be a problem.
