Recently upped 401k match to 50/ 6%. Long overdue so ehhh. Up it to 50/ 10% and you’re a rockstar.

This company has good dental, medical and vision coverage. Also a 401k and IRA option.
401k matching is adequate. Insurance premiums are extremely high, especially for only 70/30 coverage. Dental coverage is not good. No coverage for orthodontics.
There are zero benefits for seasonal travel coordinators, yet they are asked to pull the same weight and obligation as their core teams, as in no paid sick days, holidays, insurance, wage increases..zero.
The benefits were very expensive and did not cover much. The out of pocket plus premiums were cost prohibitive.
Health benefits are crazy expensive and not sure how most afford them. The deductibles are ridiculous!!! They need to change the sick policy for hourly so travel counselors show up to work.
