The best thing is the UPMC package, since it offers high quality health care

Employer contributes 8% of full time staff's salary reguarldess of employee contributions, these funds are not vetted until 3 years from when you start ( can be less if you work over 40hrs) Dental,Medical, Vision insurance packages are all VERY affordable to employee's. The university also provides Transit Authority (bus) passes to Full Time staff

Over 75% of my pay is withheld each month to cover health insurance premiums. Part time employees have to pay twice the premiums that full time employees pay. After taxes and the cost of gas, I basically work for free. Full time benefits are much more comprehensive. This review is only reflective of part time employment.

Reasonable person principle is the only principle enforced. Freedom of speech is valued, as long as other people are properly respected.

I was a part time student grader for a course, it was a pretty relaxing job, around 10 hours of commitment on a weekly basis

There was a great atmosphere in the school. Everyone was nice and easy to talk to. There weren't any really bad things.
