The health options are really nice since they give you three different companies to choose from. Under each companies, there are different packages and tiers making it even easier to customize. I, as well as many others that I knew, took advantage of the educational benefits by completing my masters at CMU. I also knew others that took courses at other institutions and received half off of tuition through CMU benefits. The PTO is very lenient and the 403(b) is extremely generous.
Dependent tuition benefit for faculty is excellent: 100% tuiition at CMU for any number of children, or 60% of CMU's tuition at any other college for up to two children.

A lot of PTO and paid holidays. It starts at 17 PTO days plus three floating holidays. Plus 13 holidays. At 4th year 20 PTO, 8th year 25 PTO days. And they offer 8% employer contribution to your 401K without employee contribution.
If you are a part-time worker, the school prohibits you from working overtime or putting in overtime when you have worked over 20 hours. As with tuition, this allows the school to squeeze as much out of students as possible.
