Company match was 50% of up to 6% of salary, which was industry standard.
A decent 401k and insurance. However, bonus at the end of the year in this company is a joke. No idea how it is calculated. In my personal experience, I do not think it is tied up heavily to the performance. I have literally put extra hours at the expense of my personal life to meet the stringent deadlines and hardly any appreciations in return - neither verbal nor monetarily. It is not going to be sustainable, if this attitude continues to grow.

Carollo offers compensation (comp) time which is by the best company perk available. What comp time does is allows all of your hard-worked overtime hours to be stored for use as either vacation/personal time or for a pay-out at the end of the year.
Don't care for health insurance provider. Obviously there is no pension, but there is a 401K with employer match. They allow both traditional and Roth 401K contributions. Unlike others, Carollo still provide comp time.
