The medical and profit sharing are great. Flex time would be great.
Deductible rates were fairly high in comparison to what the package already cost employees per month. Vision was not included in the base price.
Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life are top notched for the price
10 days of vacation for the first 7 years with the company, and 5 of those have to be used for "Christmas Shutdown". That leaves you with 5 days for the rest of the year. Also, no 401k matching.
Benefits were adequate not great but not terrible. It wouldnt be the main selling point to take a job at the company.
The company provides a great health insurance package for only $13.00 a week per person and dental/vision is just as cheep.
The company is Self insured so premiums are fair.
Profit sharing is highly touted but poorly managed. Minimal vacation time.
