Management gives the people they like the most days to work.
Great place to work if you have kids , or going to school. they had enough staff to grant most request.
With a Part-Time and hourly position it is very easy to request days off, swap shifts with fellow employees and make changes to your schedule even the day of. This makes it really easy to balance working there with something like school, or a second job.
This location is only open for dinner. So having only dinner availability is perfect. However, I was told FOH employees must work 3 days a week and sometimes management will only let them work 1 or 2 days a week. Very flexible and kind if you're the person only working 1 or 2 shifts, but very difficult for an almost full time employee to get a weekend day off
Normally willing to work with your schedule. Many students are employees.
They have a great app that allows you to swap shifts easily with other employees. Also, the management is good about not scheduling you when you have classes or another obligation you set aside ahead of time.
It's a serving job, so very flexible schedule.
They were good with students? This is such a self-explanatory question...
Your hours will almost never be the same. You may work a Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday in a row one week and the next week you'll just get Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
