You and your family have unique needs, which is why Carriage Services offers a variety of benefit plans from which you may choose. Consider your spouse’s benefits through his or her place of employment and your dependent’s eligibility when weighing options.
If you are a newly hired or newly eligible full-time employee, you will become eligible to participate in benefits programs on the first of the month following 30 days of full-time employment. You have 31 days from the date you become eligible to participate in benefits programs to submit your elections to Human Resources.

They have a very well rounded and, in my opinion, generous benefits package. I have many options and the price points range all over the board. Carriage contributes to various different things for their employees without them needing to pay in themselves. No extra cost benefits. They are also considerate to their staff that are grieving and offer generous and kind benefits at the time of their needs as well. They make improvements every year, I always look forward to seeing my new options as I do think they would flourish by trying new things.
Would get on call stipend of $25 every time on call, definitely made a difference in weekly pay
You can go almost anywhere but you definitely PAY $$ for it!!! Be sure you consider the cost when negotiating salary.
Has gotten worst over the years but its still better than most packages.
The medical, dental and vision coverage is good and very reasonable in price.
