I was actually pleasantly surprised with the company culture and offered benefits. Things have improved significantly over the past decade (or so I've heard) and are slowly getting even better.
Health insurance to buy coming year is $55 a week and Dental and eye for following weeks are ($5.5 and $3.5) a week.
No longer a choice on insurance. 1 High Deductible package only
Healthcare coverage was poor and the local HR team were not versed in the details, they just read PowerPoint slides. The retirement options were good to better than average.
There were no out of pocket costs for medical, dental (Delta Dental), or optical and the co-pays were very reasonable.
The benefits package at Carrier was very good, as it was a subset of the UTC benefits package.
This is a good company. but i am a contractor, so not benefits. As far as I know, the full-time employees do get good coverage health insurance.
Very basic insurance with a high deductible. They match up to 4% 401k. Very good PTO plan.
Not very good health insurance it is a high deductible. Lots of other benefits if you take advantage of them.
Great benefits provided by parent company UTC. Health Care is a HDHP with HSA. 401k company contribution is up to 6%
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
