Basic but expensive. CMS tries to pay the least that they can
80/20. Choice of ppo or hmo.

There health benefit package is good. HMO benefit cost to employee is very low.

Health Insurance is through Etna, it is not the best. So many referrals and approvals are are needed to be treated. This year Carrington kept the same health ins co, kept same premium but increased doctor visits, specialists and meds co pay by double!
There's a real effort to recognize the importance and avoid surprises in quality and cost.
I only pay 104.00 bi weekly for myself and my husband and have a very nominal deductible
Decent health insurance that kicks in after 60-90 days.
