the training is kind of ok
You kind of have to learn as you work. Not enough time to train
all computer based training. cashiers could use more training on registers
lasted one day all on the computer learned nothing

A little on the POS system but on the floor training was lacking. My coworker had to teach me everything cause the management didn't. Then they'd get frustrated when I didn't do something they hadn't told me or shown me how to do
Training was easy all depends on who's training you. My manager showed me everything so I felt like a pro eventually that manager left so new associated were not trained properly.
Going to class every few months to learn about new products and receive gratis
The worst thing about their job training is not getting hands on right away.You have to sit in the training room for hours listening to what you have to do on the floor like helping customers and asking to get a credit card.
Job training was on the computer.
