I love how affordable health care is and the fact that I have equity within the company
Stock option upon employment, 50% 401k match up to 10K, lunch/snacks free daily, great healthcare coverage for singles, transportation reimbursement, 3 mon paternity
Strong benefit package -- stock options, free snacks and lunch, and 401k match
Free lunch, 401k 50% company contribution, stock options.
Medical is decent. Not crazy competitive but definitely better than a lot of others. Free lunch and snacks. Book reimbursement.
The best thing is, they really do cover your butt in almost every arena of benefits. That is very desirable, especially for a 600 person company. Sad thing is, good luck on trying to leave - travel - or take time off for family when you work directly with clients. If you are well liked, you have everything at your fingertips. If you aren't well liked, say goodbye to the benefits. Very childish
The company offers a great benefits package, including 401k match up to $5,000, health insurance, free lunch, snacks, and commute benefits.
Good benefits, comparable to some larger companies. Their delivery of benefits information has historically been poor, a lot of people didn't know what benefits there were or how to use them (example: is there a book reimbursement program or not? can we expense gym memberships or not?) especially when benefits were changing a lot - mostly improvements to benefits. In 2017 there was about a 8% bonus of salary weighted by how many months you were employed. Half was paid out in December and the other half paid out in February
Carta offers unlimited sick days, which is nice; Carta also no longer offers a gym benefit, which is kind of hard to believe.
Health Insurance is good, free lunch! Unlimited sick days= great perk
