The co-pays are reasonable if you pay for the Gold plan. However the bi-weekly cost is very high.
Employee-funded 401(k) plan - good feature is employee must opt out. 150% pay on certain holidays. Very few other holidays.
The employee discount was nice. Also they offered medical benefits to part time employees. They were a bit expensive but still a nice option.
Benefits were for full time only but now part time can get them, it’s too expensive tho. 120$ biweekly.
Average. Depending on how well the company performs, they match 100% 401K plan but they will only match @ 8 %.
