Best is that the cost is very low compared to other employers in the area. The cons is that it is constantly changing. For a while we had a different mail-order pharmacy nearly every year. My prescription transfers were constantly muffed-up.
401K match is not great.
Good 401k with match doctor on staff nice campus and cafeteria work life balance is good medical could be better
There were no benefits offered, since it's just an hourly pay job.
Health Insurance was very good and the time off structure was excellent
They no longer allow spouses to be on your insurance if they are eligible for insurance through their own employer and the deductibles are high.
30 days per year off including birthday, PPO, tuition reimbursement, company paid for lunches, contests.
It’s okay. I think that I don’t understand why we switched to Cigna. I think the package for medical is a bit vague in reference to what they will and won’t cover
Amazing vision, health, and dental insurance; decent contributions to 401K
Benefits have always been great. Even when the market crashed in '08 and we were on a hiring freeze, the worst that happened was the 401K match went away temporarily. But they brought it back to 50% of contributions (up to 6% of paycheck) in the last few years. Also, birth control and preventative care was covered 100% well before the ACA mandated it. Very forward thinking company.
