“The company provides a 3% match. This is mid pack in the area. Granted with the salary being so low, especially with what is required to get a job (college degree, internal systems skills and experience) at Cartus, you won't be making any grounds.”
“This keeps getting more expensive every couple of years. Basically for cheaper items, you wind up paying mostly out of pocket. How a company with several thousand people can't negotiate a better deal is beyond me. ”
“You get 2 personal days, 1 birthday, I think 6 major holidays (with early leave days before/after on bigger holidays), and are bracketed on vacation time based on years worked (you scale up at 5 years, 10 years and 20 years). The downside on the payroll team is you work on smaller teams (2-4 people) and can't take off time during year end (Oct-Feb) as well as when your work is due (unless you have coverage). This makes vacation restrictive for certain team members.”
Benefits package works well for my family
Health insurance, 401k, decent vacation & holidays
401 k matching was nice to have
Benefits didnt cover much and expensive for medical. High deductible
After being at Cartus for 8 years, being promoted twice, and getting a high ranking every year, I am half way through the band. Other less efficient teams have a higher band, as well as endless overtime. My paycheck this year was lower then the prior year due to benefits going up in price again. It feels bad that every 2-3 years when benefits change, I make less money then I did years ago. This needs to be taken into consideration with the salary packages.
Lack of 401(k) match and total benefit package was weak in comparison to other companies
The keep insurance affordable for their employees.
It's offered. That should be a benefit
It has okay benefits and the longer you are there the more time off you get
The HSA assistances the company provides is a big help with raising insurance costs as well as the companies 401K match up to 3% based on you contribution.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
