After being at Cartus for 8 years, being promoted twice, and getting a high ranking every year, I am half way through the band. Other less efficient teams have a higher band, as well as endless overtime. My paycheck this year was lower then the prior year due to benefits going up in price again. It feels bad that every 2-3 years when benefits change, I make less money then I did years ago. This needs to be taken into consideration with the salary packages.
Lack of 401(k) match and total benefit package was weak in comparison to other companies
It's offered. That should be a benefit
It has okay benefits and the longer you are there the more time off you get
The HSA assistances the company provides is a big help with raising insurance costs as well as the companies 401K match up to 3% based on you contribution.
Earning time off for winning contests, decent medical and company match on 401k
Cartus offers educational assistance up to a certain amount which is nice
Health care options changed to HMO type options only. More expensive
The health insurance offered is absolute garbage. There is a PA on site that can draw labs and treat minor ailments.
