They have doctor onsite, normal health benefit nothing special. policy change many time while i was there for 9 years.

Best is that the cost is very low compared to other employers in the area. The cons is that it is constantly changing. For a while we had a different mail-order pharmacy nearly every year. My prescription transfers were constantly muffed-up.
