The loan repayment is a joke. The C-suite executive team are privileged men who clearly don’t have student loans. $500 a year which is $41.67/month. The tuition reimbursement only applies if you are working towards a bachelors degree.

Excellent health, life, short term and long term disability insurance is paid for. Dental and vision is low cost but very good too. FSA card is preloaded with $500 with company matching contributions.
