The benefits package is generous and covers the basics. The 401K matching is awesome and they are generous with PTO.
You are able to request days off as you need them. Self care is really stressed here, because of the type of kids you would work with. The health care benefits are really good as well.

Very accessible options to health, vision, dental, and 401k. $100,000 life insurance policy paid by Casa Pacifica with options to purchase more (term-life). Staff are encouraged to take personal days and vacations, but PTO can only be accessed after the first 6 months (management is trying to change this).
