Mostly comprehensive benefits package and competitive in the industry.
Pretty average for the industry
Great health, dental and vision with added short term and long term disability options. I like the floating holiday benefit!
The insurance is getting worse and costing more. Hundreds a month + a $25 prescription copay. I don't think the company has the employee's in mind when they're shopping for this crap. The 401k match is 2.5 when the industry standard is 5%. The employee benefits booklet says we have some sort of profit sharing that is at the company's discretion. The company says that's the 401k, so I guess the option is that they don't feel it's in their discretion to share profits. There are no company picnics. The "Christmas Party" is a lunch with the team. .. Lame! It's summertime now, I've heard of no summer company party, adventure, team building experience, or picnic.
