Great benefit for yourself. Once you want to add your family the cost gets out of hand.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Residential Counselor II in Portland, Oregon

Health insurance is great if you live in portland and are single. The options are near limitless. Very convenient and very affordable. If you have a family however things get really expensive really quick. You're better off going with Obamacare for spouse and kids. Sorry.

The insurance is accepted most places in Lane County.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Quality Mental Health Associate (QMHA) in Portland, Oregon

Monthly payments are low but that also means less options for treatment. They use Kaiser with 20 copays. If I wanted to go to counseling I would only be allowed to go about once a month. Vision will not cover cost of glasses but will cover the exam. Basically I try not to see the doctor, dentist, or use other medical services unless I need to keep my costs low.
