Make you fill time off
PTO is generous and increases with time employed. Again some managers and HR - fair to poor.
Met industry standard vacation and PTO accrual rates. Was a great benefit to use PTO for "mental health day" - in other words, able to use earned time off with little to no advance scheduling.
You can save up your vacation time and take a week off provided they can find coverage. It will take you 3 months to save up enough on a full time schedule. PTO is good. Holiday pay is either time and a half or double. Don't remember. We have around 5 per year.
Cascadia is VERY generous with their PTO.
