Excellent benefits, good diverse culture and atmosphere. Self-paid Parking is a bit of a concern sometimes.

The best thing about the benefits at CWRU is the tuition benefit. You go to school for free, plus after a year of employment your child can attend the university tuition free. The next best thing is that once you're vested (3 years employment), CWRU puts aside 7% of what you earn (non-contributory) in a retirement fund. CWRU also gives employees several health plans to choose from so you can choose what's right for you.

Good 401K match, good vacation and sick days, good health care insurance, complete tuition benefit for employee and children and partial for spouse

There is not much of a benifits package for students working there.

If you are a contractor, you will receive no benefits through CWRU. That's to be expected. But CWRU works directly with Kelly Services - where Kelly has an office in Crawford, where they offer such poor benefits that it's not federally compliant with the American Care Act. All contractors that are forced to go through Kelly are forced to pay the federal penalty for having subpar insurance. This is one example of how CWRU has replaced employees with contractors, shirking on their benefits to pad their bottom line.

They don't have one, it is a job for students of the Case campus so odds are that you will not ahve a chance at getting the job if you do not have work-study and are a current student.
