The health plans are expensive for what they cover. I can't afford to insure my family through them so we have multiple insurances. Also we are told you can bonus every month when hired and then told not to expect to bonus more than a couple of times a year if at all.

A week of vacation after the first year and 2 weeks after the second. You can not take a vacation during any holiday. The benefits are cheap but no one accepts it here in Houston. I had to wait until January to get added to my husbands insurance.
Their insurance plan available was pretty affordable you don't really miss a lot from you check, many of the benefits you do have to wait awhile to get you don't get them immediately but the opportunity for store bonuses comes up right away if you start at the right time.
