“Company pays full health insurance for a single worker. Expensive if you have children on your policy.”
Company has no 401K match. Also health insurance is fully paid for by the company as long as you are single. If you have kids or are married with co-dependents, the insurance is pretty expensive.
Fun place to work at but needed improvement in their benefits.
The best is salary, commissions and bonus. working hours is flexible. The worst is work station not convenient for employer, they move employer to different work station every monht
Bonus potential and health insurance were great.
Great Health Benifits and paid time off
health insurance coverage was decent and inexpensive
The company offered free breakfast, lunch and dinner the last two weeks of the month, every month.
best: good insurance worst: no 401k match
There were no perks or discounts of any sort. The benefits package was standard i.e. regular 2 weeks vacation, maybe a little less and comparable health benefits to most companies of it's nature. This is a company that offer loans at high interest rates so the focus is not too much on low cost health care benefits.
Best thing is vacation and timeoff
