Free Vision benefit for all employees, and it is REALLY good. Even the salesman at the eye center said my benefits were better than his. Dental benefits are also amazing, next to nothing out of pocket. All in all, THE BEST benefits that I have ever come across.
Good benefits overall, health ins, good dental,401k, PTO, Could be stressful job at times, like many jobs, needed quiet room for break and separate break area for supervisors would have been a great idea
Paid time off was accrued at a good rate was receiving over a 9 hours a paycheck, the 401k package was good, and the medical benefits were great.
Best this the Tuition Assistance Program. $6k per the calendar year for undergraduate and anything under that level, so like an AA or EMT training. Then it is $10k for graduate-level per the calendar year. The con is and I am not sure if it is the company of just healthcare in general, but I seem to pay a lot for a doctor visit. I pay my copay and then I get a bill in the mail for $100, $250, etc. Another thing for the mileage to be reimbursed you have to submit a physical paper each month, they need to get into the high tech world and have all that online. Same thing for a company phone. If you use your personal phone as a company phone you get reimbursed, but you have to fill out a paper each month for the same amount or you do not get the money. WHY not just say oh you are on the personal phone program we will include a whopping $35 per month on your check. They can even split it into two checks. That brings up another thing, $35 does not cover even half of an unlimited plan. I have to have data, text, talk unlimited. But if you get a separate phone and carry two phones around, they will pay for a new phone every two years, they will pay $130 per month for Verizon. Just I don't get money towards a new phone. I know I can get the company phone, I just can't carry two phones around all the time that is utterly not smart.
A generous benefits package.
Still PT, however I do know the company has an exceptional 401k plan and health benefits.
Great benefits, 401K, Paid Time Off. Only downside, you work all holidays. That's the casino industry however.
Did get benefits because I was part time
Paid time off is remarkable, other than that I am indifferent about the benefits.
pretty good benefits but low pay.
