They don't match 401k and claim that they will start matching after 2 profitable quarters, but the can keeps being kicked down the road as to when that might happen. Spending is out of control, so I don't have high hopes. Health insurance coverage is "meh." Lastly, they made it sound like I would receive equity as part of my compensation when I joined, only to find out that I actually have to buy the shares with my own money.

Good health care, with many out of network doctors partially covered. Two free lunches a week plus snacks, stock options, 401k, WFH and unlimited vacation, employee discount, and everything you'd expect from an NYC start-up.
Wonderful health/dental/vision plans. Some of the best I’ve seen from an employer. Sadly they don’t match 401k, but I hear they’re changing that soon? Time will tell. Overall, Casper seems to genuinely care about the well-being of their teams, and are willing to shoulder most of the costs.
Best is getting the mattress package. Worst might be that there’s no company 401k matcg
