They don't pay my medical bills even though they are supposed to. It's a hassle to get anything through. I've been sent to collections and even taken to court for things that should be paid, it's ridiculous!
The pay was great but it's too bad you had to fight for what was rightfully yours sometimes. They would lose receipts you would pay for in your own cash and then play stupid about it. The benefits are good but are going down the tubes because the people you work with don't have the courage to stand up to your union bending over and taking it for whatever under the table deal they have going on. Sick days are paid but you get grief if you actually use them. Time off depends how much of a life you try to have. Apparently you should work 24/7 while management comes in late and goes home early. It could be a great job but if I could do it all over again, I would of never left the job I had for this one. Money isn't everything.
