“Costs a lot. Good coverage though.”
“Several food days that provide snacks or lunches. Not every day.”
Great perks. Health insurance, along with 401k is offered
Health insurance costs a lot.
Benefits are great if you are able to afford the deductions out of your check. Extras like the gym on site are great!
They at least offer health insurance, although it is still ridiculously expensive, especially if you try to have a family plan. Flexible hours depends entirely on your position and your manager. Should your manager change (which is a very frequent occurrence), expect your flexible hours to change as well. No clear education or career objectives, and once you make a certain amount of money, you will probably be let go. When Hurricane Florence hit, and many people evacuated for their lives, they expected all employees to come back to work as soon as power was turned back on to the building, and those that couldn't had to eat up their PTO, even though the city was essentially an island and the governor was urging people to stay off the roads. The 401K/IRA match is minimal (they'll match 3% to your 6%) and they try to sell people on the ping pong tables and beer.
Health insurance isn't great, but it's better than nothing. I don't participate in their vision or dental care, so I'm not sure how that is. 401K matching up to 6%.
Really low 401k match. Vacation policy inconsistently managed. Healthcare package was expensive.
Great Benefits easy to use HR services.
The best things were the wellness benefits like free nutritionist visits and gym membership discounts. Also 6 weeks paid maternity/paternity was wonderful.
Thank you - we do try to provide as many benefits as is possible for our staff.
Great benefits for employees but premiums are high for spouses/dependents. Additional benefits such as time off, holidays, etc are great and getting better as time goes by.
Thank you. The ever increasing cost of healthcare can be quite overwhelming. We continue to look at current benefits and make changes and additions periodically to stay current and in most cases ahead of other employers in our area.
Insurance for your family and/or spouse is extremely expensive. They cancel your insurance the day you quit and do not reimburse you for the money that is deducted from your paycheck two weeks in advance.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
