Benefits were good for a company their size. The 401k matching was very generous. RSUs on the other hand were pretty much worthless.

Stock options. Salary or bonuses should be higher to offset low stock options/price.
Company paid health plans and contributions to HSA from the employer. Unlimited time off used as needed. Company contributed 401k plan.
