High Deductible Health Plan with an HSA match. The 401k has several investment options from value plays to aggressive growth. Unlimited time off. Gym membership. Cell phone allowance. Home internet reimbursement. Overall great benefits package.

A fairly comprehensives set of benefits
The benefits package at Castlight is very competitive. I have a large family who goes to the doctor quite often and we have not had to pay much out of pocket.
The health benefits are good - funded CDHP. Recently introduced 401K plan.
Decent benefits including medical and dental, 401k, and unlimited PTO. Needs to provide more career development and training resources to employees.
Best things: Yoga and Thoughtful Food and Snacks
All the typical benefits plus a few unusual ones like child care FSA, transit and a wellness program. Free kitchen food and catered lunches that were actually healthy. Quality tea and other beverages.
