Health insurance options were expensive but in line with what I've seen at other companies. Company provides a 401K match and ESPP, both of which are nice. All PTO time is lumped into a single bucket, with the number of days increasing starting at 3 years. Standard 7 holiday scheme.
No bonus and low increases
