It was pretty standard - 2 weeks at first and grew to 3 weeks with tenure

StarStarStarStarStar Current Employee in Saint Petersburg, Florida

Unlimited time off. Sounds great but also raises some questions and some concerns from employees.

  • May 19, 2018
StarStarStarStarStar Former Employee in San Jose, California

While there is no maximum vacation policy, it is fairly hard to take a vacation!

  • May 18, 2018
StarStarStarStarStar Current Account Manager in Saint Petersburg, Florida

Great flexible vacation time. Basically unlimited time off.

  • May 04, 2018
StarStarStarStarStar Current Employee in Saint Petersburg, Florida

People often times abuse the flexibility and becomes stressful to lean on team members for help when they are always OOO.

  • May 02, 2018
StarStarStarStarStar Former Employee in Paterson, New Jersey

"unlimited" vacation time = no accrued vacation pay when you leave.

  • Dec 21, 2017
StarStarStarStarStar Former Sr. Manager in Saint Petersburg, Florida

Unlimited vacation time but don't let that fool you... they are saving money by not paying you out for your vacation time earned if you leave. So use vacation (as much as you can) or you only have yourself to blame.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Senior Software Engineer in Boston, Massachusetts

As of October 2016 Catalina moved from a very restrictive vacation policy to no vacation limits. Hope they don't abuse it and implement it right

  • Aug 25, 2015
StarStarStarStarStar Former Employee in Saint Petersburg, Florida

PTO was fairly statndard for the industry

  • Jul 17, 2015
StarStarStarStarStar Current IT Manager in Saint Petersburg, Florida

Average (12) US paid vacation days. 5 years to get another week. Recently announced that vacation hours saving will be phased out. Use it or lose it.
