It was pretty standard - 2 weeks at first and grew to 3 weeks with tenure
Unlimited time off. Sounds great but also raises some questions and some concerns from employees.
While there is no maximum vacation policy, it is fairly hard to take a vacation!
Great flexible vacation time. Basically unlimited time off.
People often times abuse the flexibility and becomes stressful to lean on team members for help when they are always OOO.
"unlimited" vacation time = no accrued vacation pay when you leave.
Unlimited vacation time but don't let that fool you... they are saving money by not paying you out for your vacation time earned if you leave. So use vacation (as much as you can) or you only have yourself to blame.
As of October 2016 Catalina moved from a very restrictive vacation policy to no vacation limits. Hope they don't abuse it and implement it right
PTO was fairly statndard for the industry
Average (12) US paid vacation days. 5 years to get another week. Recently announced that vacation hours saving will be phased out. Use it or lose it.
