I was a contract employee and was offered no benefits except the ability to work from home full time.
Poor coverage and no 401k match
no benefits for part time workers. i would hope they fix that with adding some contribution to retirement 401k to enable a long stay at company.
Not available to part time employees, but if you are full time, the out of pocket premiums and deductible are extremely high, with moderate amount of coverage.
There is none offered to part time teachers although you work about 35-40 hours weekly if you include working at home.

They do not match 401k
I did not like the health benefits package they offered. (Medicare)
