Catapult provides a competitive and comprehensive benefits package designed to help our employees maintain a good balance in both their personal and professional lives. In addition to the typical benefits offered, Catapult has many others that distinguish who we are and the lifestyles we enjoy.
Best is the coverage and assistance from human resources in solving benefit issues. Worst is limited options due to the size of the company but for the size the coverage is good
Nice workplace, nice clients for the most part, some work from home. The 401k matching needs to be improved.
Great and comprehensive package. Shows the company cares about employees and families
For a company Catapult's size the benefits are good. We may pay more in benefits compared to some of our competitors, but we have a much more relaxed and flexible work environment.
Health insurance is a bit expensive. At one point they promised they would self-insure to reduce costs and perhaps the ACA eliminated that, but they've never managed to lower our costs or subsidize them any further. Vacation starts at 2 weeks no matter what. I've yet to hear of anybody who negotiated better and it takes 5 or more years of service to get to a more reasonable 3 weeks.
Pretty standard medical/dental/vision, but the bonus packages were terrific.
401K matching is improving but needs to continue going up.
Benefits are great and the people are great.
Full package includes health, dental, vision, and some life insurance. You will have to pay for some of your benefits. The rates are based on the tiered plan you want and whether single, with dependents, or some combination.
Industry standard health benefits (Health, Vision, Dental). Company pays 75% of employee only costs.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
