Health insurance is provided at no cost to employees, with the option of purchasing additional coverage for spouse and children. They have a great wellness program with on-site exercise classes and walking groups, monthly on-site chair massages (for a small fee), Weight Watchers at Work program, up to six free sessions annually with a certified nutritionist (if on company insurance), and discounts at local gyms. Employees are automatically enrolled in the state retirement plan (pension fund) and 6% of pay is automatically contributed to pension. There are optional supplemental retirement plans available, such as a 401(1)k. Employees receive life insurance equal to their annual salary and have the option to purchase additional coverage for themselves or family members. Vacation and sick day plan is better than most other employers' plans.
