Flexible work schedule is a big plus. 401k match is good. Vacation time is average.

Good things: Annual bonus, Health coverage with dental. 3 weeks of paid time off, last week of December plant shutdown. Worst things - very little time off, not much allowance to work from home. No Gym or free food or much sunlight in work areas - overall a cubicle farm with dull lighting all round.

Good benefits for workers of all levels. This includes union, management, interns, full-time, rotational, etc.

Health insurance has four options: BCBS PPO (around $350 per moth for family coverage), then an HMO type thing which is less expensive, and two options the Union brought forth which are the two cheapest (the cheapest one being maybe around $70 per month for family coverage).
