They offer an extensive benefits package which is at least equal and nearly always better than benefits offered at other places.

Caterpillar has a very benefits package, the insurance is not as bad but pretty industry standard. But there is a lot more caterpillar offers, 401K match, EAP, I think it had a education funding program but that got cut due to downturn in business
