I enjoy the HSA and medical benefit package, as well as the vision insurance. I also find the paid time off plentiful and a high level of flexibility with my work schedule. Mileage reimbursement for travel on the job is offered as well. There is also periodical health screenings and free vaccinations on site. Fruit and other healthy snacks are also made available for employees from time to time, while a coffee machine, tea bags, and vending machines are always available.
The benefits were affordable and were explained thoroughly. The only con was there were too many options.
The benefits package is very robust for a non-profit, and they constantly work to make it better year after year.
