Its easy to work there.
PTO is accrued on hours worked. They decreased the amount of hours you could have banked last year. Health insurance is pretty average with basic premiums & a couple of plans to choose from.
The insurance is worth the job. Blue Cross - reasonably priced in network, your own physician . The drawback is it’s your hospital and everyone has access to your records. But you know everyone and you know who is trustworthy.
I loved my 401K , it was very simple to setup and understand. Health insurance was great but as a woman it was difficult to get birth control because insurance would not cover it. PTO system was wonderful and got holidays off.
Insurance provides good coverage though increasingly more expensive, 401K match, wellness program good incentive
The pay and lack of incentive pay for shifts that are picked up. The insurance is decent but expensive.
I was a contract employee, so I had no benefits from Catholic Health. But they do have good parking, an electric vehicle charging station. break areas and vending machines, fair access to public transportation.
Excellent PTO accrual, although they force you to cash out once you hit a certain number of hours. Also used to offer a pension, but not anymore.
Best thing: ample time off. Worst thing: annual bonus not very lucrative (part of that is because it is a non-profit).
I really can't say anything about the benefits package, mainly because of the reason that I do not qualify to receive any benefits, even though I work the hours.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
