Decent Health insurance and 401k. Health insurance starts immediately upon hire. Maternity benefits have gone up to 8 weeks paid. Vacation policy is better for directors of those with long tenure. Overall good work life balance. Work from home can be hit or miss depending on your team.
CRS has an excellent benefits package, which includes dental. Decent paid leave also. The only minus is they dropped pre-tax parking coming straight out of salaries.
The benefits package at Catholic Relief Services is comprehensive and very competitive with other organizations.
Medical insurance is very comprehensive
Excellent US benefits as reflected in regular engagement studies. Dental could be better but that's a minor point. Benefits team is being strengthened.
Health insurance excludes aspects such as birth control even when 80% of women use 'the pill' for medical conditions (e.g. endometriosis). Maternity/paternity leave is inadequate, especially for staff based abroad. Poor staff care/investment for professional development. It is left up to an individual supervisor.
great benefits for international staff.
They are not going to be the best paying organization - but they try to augment that by providign very stron benefits.
