Perfect for young people. Cato makes a generous contribution to a Health Savings Account which covers everyday medical expenses and your own contributions aren't taxed. Anything over a certain amount can be put into mutual funds for future medical costs.
The HSA that is offered is fantastic and very easy to use. It also will roll over if you leave Cato and you can take everything with you.
Internships do not receive benefits. I do not know what kind of benefits full-time employees such as the marketing team or senior fellows receive.
HSA + a few perks here and there. Generous initial vacation time and sick days. 401k matching is okay, not great.
