“Great price for benefits. Very affordable!”
“PTO policy was recently bumped up to 3 weeks vacation + 1 week sick time. Employees can get more, but need to have a minimum 5 years seniority to start accruing anything beyond the base.”
Benefits are great. 401k match was added a couple years ago.
A decent number of things are offered in terms of PTO and insurance, and have recently been revamped to be more competitive with current market trends.
Standard vacation + PTO; 401k + match; Medical; Dental; Vision; STD; Life Insurance
Vacation and paid time off flexibility is great. Recently added healthcare options (HSA) are appreciated.
Technical Account Manager
Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?
Very low cost premium! Was great that I could have insurance without breaking the bank. The 401k match is pretty good as well.
Vacation, time off flexibility. Flexible work hours. Company social events are great.
10 days vacation (can roll over 5) 5 sick days Small 401k match ( I think 3% up to 5% of salary) Health insurance goes up every year- not that good. When I left it was about 45 per paycheck (only one option) No vision offered $13 per month for gym membership ( reimbursed every 6 months) No maternity or paternity leave offered
The direct deposit program is pretty straight forward.
It was okay, the major downside was no 401k plan.
Deeply discounted health insurance for employee and family.
