“Best - You will really use it Worst - sometimes its not applicable to you”
Best - Good experience and kind managers Worst - overtime is just regular pay
quarterly tickets for the park
Vacation time is nice but it's only because you are working on Holidays and weekends.
I worked as a seasonal employee, so the only benefits I had were free tickets to the Cedar Point amusement park for my friends and family which is not bad.
I love the family discount
Not many options and didn’t include major benefits
The best part of the benefits for full time employees are the comp tickets and passes. Even this could be improved as it's still a paper system out of the 80's. The worst thing is the 401k match, which has a complicated start date, with a minimum of 12 month waiting period.
If you work there long enough you will get a few free tickets to the park to give to friends or family.
Benefits are exceptional. Matching 401K, health, dental, vision, pet, life....
The beat thing is the paid time off and the 401k match. The worst thing is the raise incentives.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
