Family health insurance is a bit too expensive
High cost insurance with high deductibles. On-site clinic is a joke and the staff in it are rude and could care less if you receive proper care.
Clinic at corporate headquarters free to employees. Gym and workout open to employees are the best things. Finding time to use them the hardest and worst ting.
25% match up to 7% of pay for 401k, Delta Dental, overall good benefits. Do not expect to have top notch health insurance though.
The best thing was that when I finally got a decent DM (Henderson,CoCH) I really started to move. The worst thing was dealing with the weekend dispatch, and night crew. Ridiculous. Coupled with being away from family $1 per mile just does not do it. 125k and nothing to show for it, do to fuel prices, truck payments, expenses on the road like eating. Not worth waking up in strange places every day. The attitude of the I don't care attitude about the situation from the crew makes it not worth it
Not much paid time off, and no time off during 1st year unless you negotiate it up front. The benefits package is pretty horrible...they have an onsite clinic that you are encouraged to use, but otherwise you can only see nurse practitioners and it doesn't cover anything IU health, which is everything where I live, therefore any doctor I see is out of network. There are a lot of optional coverages you can get as well but all are overpriced. Would not recommend for someone with a family and especially not with children.
Best benefits are the on site cafeteria and gym. Occasionally there will be fun events in the office. Health insurance and 401(k) are very poor and provide little return if used.
it all was hell to many lies the ont thing good there was the food when you could eat and that was rare
I did not receive health benefits so I can not speak on that. Besides health, the best/worst thing was.. BEST: On-site basketball gym and workout facility. WORST: No vacation time within first year of employment and then only 2 weeks after completion of first year.
Benefits are the worst I have ever seen, very expensive with horrible coverage. They claim to have 7 paid holidays but expect you to work on several of them when senior management is at home.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
