Celanese has excellent benefits, especially their health insurance.
Benefits are upper echelon 6% 401k match plus an annual contribution of 5% as well. Negative is the extra 5% is not 'vested' until you hit 3 years of service >> this sucks. Health Insurance is good too, they do an HSA with all plans and include a $1000 or $2000 dollar contribution to it annually depending on if you are single or with a family. They pay a solid 80% of the bi-weekly cost of the insurance.
Best: Dollar to dollar 401k match up to 6%. Extra 5% deposited in 401k once a year in lieu of traditional pension. $2000 company contribution to HSA to go with high deductible Medical insurance for family. Relatively low Medical insurance premium per paycheck. Generous maternity & paternity leave. Generous short term disability leave. Worst: no bonus potential for non-managers. no 4-week vacation even for employee with decades of experience.
