Benefits generally ok compared to other industries. Medical including Rx is superior even with HSA. No pension. 401k above average.

Good 401k match, good retirement contribution (no pension though), top of the line health benefits.

Overall benefits package is great. The bonus structure was redesigned a few years ago and employees still feel that was the wrong move for the company.

Celanese has a great benefits package with great insurance (cost has not increased in the last few years), HSA, and 401k matching program. Most managers do not actually track personal/vacation days, it is all done on honor system and people do not seem to abuse it. Management also is very flexible if you need to work from home for various reasons. Again, I do not see anyone abusing this flexibility. Corporate HQ in Dallas also get free sodas/juices, coffee, tea, and fruit delivery Tues/Thurs. The company is very big on corporate social responsibility and has a great team in house that puts together community service projects across the world.

Constant change - you can take that as good or bad, depending on your preferences. This place constantly changes everything including the benefits, nothing is ever permanent here
