the benefit package is great for my small family .
Childcare is completely covered for employees with children 2 years and above.
Benefits were somewhat expensive for the pay. Time off was pretty much the same as anywhere. 401K package
Insurance is too expensive for me living by myself.
Best- 75% childcare discount, team support fund, personal time off earned as soon as you start. Worst- vacation and sick time does not exist, you have to wait 6 months before receiving vacation pay
I think a little more PTO should be offered. Instead of yearly, every 6 months.
The insurance offerings suck. I get better insurance in the health care market place. No short term disability or other. For such a large company they skim alot of corners.
The time off was good, just the lenght of time.you had to wait before you could use it was a bummer
Vacation is accrued you have to work months before even getting one week off.
They offer health insurance, vacation, and 401k, but they all are pretty much horrible. (they don't offer separate paid time off and vacation time. Just vacation time). If you want personal time off, you have to use your vacation time or take no pay. They don't even offer maternity leave when over 90% of their employees are women!
