The benefits are okay. I am still new to the company so I do not really know much about the benefits. They do provide 2-week PTO after working for a year or so.
No 401K match. 10 days PTO. Health, Vision, Dental
401k is decent, but you have to stay for 3 years before it kicks in. Insurance is good for dental and vision.
401K, health, dental, and vision
Good: 401k matching, paid holidays, medical and dental insurance, charitable gift matching, FSA Bad: very limited PTO, no sick leaves, no floating leaves, no flexible time, no work from home
Great company culture, everyone is really friendly and fun. Benefits are pretty good - they match 6% which is amazing when you contribute to your 401K.
decent pay with no benefits.
Pretty good benefits package. Managed by 3rd party, so sometimes it takes a bit extra time to get answers to questions.
Good basic benefits package. A work from home benefit would have been good too.
Best - good selection of insurance through TriNet, 401k matching 3% or 4% Worst - difficult to set up because HR dept is incompetent
