Great benefits package!!! Insurance coverage, 401 k and paid time off. All employees start with 10 days of vacation time and 5 days of sick time. Bumps up after 2 years of employment.
The company decides at the end of each year whether or not to do 401k matching, rather than matching throughout the year.
PTO accrued reasonably fast, education reimbursement, allowed days off if the client was closed
Happy that they offer a package.
Management and benefits were great
Consulting agency with excellent benefits. Loved that I was a W-2 employee with vacation/sick time and bench time and a great health plan. As a consultant, was paid for every hour worked, not as salaried exempt status. They were quick and efficient at placement post-contracts.
401k - company makes a subjective call, every February, as to whether they will match 401k contributions.
Flexible Time off was very good. Broke a leg and had emergency surgery, they were very flexible. HR had some bumps in the road when they upgraded to a new HR platform, but other than that they were a great team to work with.
Insurance cost increases significantly each year. Family plan will cost several hundred per month. Very few holidays. Only federal holidays are recognized, not even Christmas Eve off. Vacation is decent.
I think all tech startups at this point should provide equity
