Health, Dental and Vision are the best I've ever had.
Benefits are comparable to other pharma companies. 401k doesn't vest until after 5 yrs. It's also matched to you by stock at end of year. Stock isn't a selling point unless you started there 10 years ago.
Benefits package is average. Not very competitive for the industry.
Excellent health/visual/dental insurance. Solid 401(k) company match (6%). Lots of vacation time, but too much pressure from the office so that you can't truly be off-line during your 'vacation days'.
The total benefits package from Celgene was very good. It included stock options, 401k match, insurance, generous vacation, flex-time
Good benefits, good 401k match, stock offering
did not get benefits was contract worker
Best: stock options given upon hiring as well as each year based on your annual rating Worst: sick policy for caring for children, you must take vacation day to care for a child I have had better insurance with the last three companies I have been with. There is no cash match for 401k, they have the option to match in stock but it is determined at years end Merit increases were 1.3%-2.5% depending on rating
Celgene provides a wide range of benefits for employees and has an onsite cafeteria and gym
Great health insurance plan covering everything with much lower out of pocket contribution form employees comparing to other big pharmas.
