StarStarStarStarStar Former Employee in Suffern, New York State
Cellmark offered a competitive benefits package with good health coverage. There was no bonus for performance offered. Cellmark offered Profit Sharing to associates in the form of contributions to the associate's retirement account. The downside of the profit sharing was that five years of service were needed to be fully vested. This did not include any time spent with an employer that was acquired by Cellmark. Vacation, sick and other days off were aggregated in a pool of accrued paid time off, determined by years of service. Starting level of PTO was similar to other companies.
