Cellular Plus provides full benefits for all team members that are working full time with us. Benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, Health Savings Account that never expires, 401K, profit sharing, and paid time off. We aim to be as accommodating as possible to provide the most desirable work environment. We are also proud to be a military friendly employer.
Everything is offered and then some but the health insurance is a bit expensive for a family.
Cellular Plus offers a GREAT 401k with % match, plus profit sharing, 2 weeks paid vacations (after 5 years, employees get 3 weeks for employees with 5 years with the company), Health Insurance through BCBS of MT.
All the important things like the 401K, health insurance and health savings, profit sharing, etc. The health benefits are kind of expensive.
This might sound crazy but insurance coverage is so expensive in America when I moved back here my first motivation to join a company is good insurance coverage. Cellular Plus as a mid-size regional employer provides a pretty good package. We are eligible for medical, dental, and other supplemental insurance starting the 3rd month of employment. Spouse, children, and family can be covered too. There is also a health savings account with company match that never expires. To me it's great news because my husband is self employed and we are going to sign up with Cellular Plus to cover us both.
Best couple things are the HSA which is set up well for sales person and the 401k/profit sharing.
They offer all the packages. HSA profit Share 401k visual dental and health all included. Company matches your HSA up to a certain amount. Really a great benefit package
I was a college kid so this wasn't a huge deal to me, but from what I understood this is what it included Commissions 401K Health Dental Vision PTO
401K, Profit Sharing, HSA & High deductible health insurance. Dental and Vision are optional
The only perk you receive as a part time employee is a more flexible schedule, though this varies depending on the state of the store or territory. However, many managers are great at putting other priorities first (ie school).
You can accrue vacation hours easily if you are full-time, but the actual insurance program leaves a lot to be desired.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
